    "Real Conversation" Package

    This is the basic package.

     

    It includes 8 classes of CONVERSATION.

     

    There will be no homework. This is for those learners who want to practice their English with a native speaker of English. Some corrections will be given during the class.

     

    (Each class is 50 minutes long.

    8 classes must be used within 9 weeks)

    This package is for those who need more guidance and teaching.

     

    8 classes of:

     

    - conversation with a native speaker of English.

    - PERSONALIZED LESSON MATERIALS. Examples: my own material, Youtube videos, or other content found online to help you in your specific goal. All of this will be FREE.

    - TASKS. This will be an ungraded/uncorrected type of homework for you to do on your own. Examples: a pronunciation video to watch and use for practice, listening to some podcasts,

    or various other activities).

    - LEARNING ADVICE. I will give you tips and other personalalized instructions to guide you in learning faster and better!

     

     

    (Each class is 50 minutes long.

  • CLASSES FOR 2021

     

     

    My personalized classes include ALL materials. There are NO books to buy and NO registration fees.

     

    If you see a package you want, but want to ADD the number of classes per week, send me an email and I can give you special pricing.

    My focus is Fluency, which includes pronunciation, help with your "Listening" and "Speaking" skills of American English, AND, the necessary part that most teachers forget about: CULTURAL differences!!

     

     

    I can receive deposits to Bank of America or Banco Itaú.

    (classes must be canceled within 24 hours, or they will be considered as given.)

    For those with one class per week, I allow you to reschedule a class ONE time. For those with 2 classes per week, I will allow you to reschedule up to two times.

    If I need to cancel a class, I will reschedule with you at your convenience.

    BASIC STRUCTURE OF A CLASS

    This is purely an example of a basic class. However, I change my classes depending on each student's specific needs. This is just an example.

    9:00h – The class starts by answering any questions that came up for the student since the last class.
    9:10h – We review your homework, and I give you feedback about whatever your homework was. (This could be a writing assignment, a listening exercise, pronunciation work, etc.) We correct things together. As we correct your homework, you can ask any questions you'd like.(even if they aren't related to the homework)
    9:25h – Free conversation. This is a chance for the student to practice their Conversation skills by having a conversation with me. We can talk about the topics from our class, or whatever else you would like to talk about. I will clarify any words or phrases that need to be corrected.
    9:45h – Wrap things up. We discuss the questions that came up during the class, and talk about what should be done in the following lesson.
    9:50pm – Class ends
